I haven't written anything lately, except for a change of schedule form, because next semester starts on Monday, and I need to change my work availability.
I passed all of my classes next semester, but I have to take Film Screening again, because the school made it mandatory for second semester students as well as first semester students. Blargh. Those are 2 and a half hours of my life every week that I want back (plus $400!). We watch crappy movies (cases in point: An American Werewolf in London and some thing about Big Tobacco), and then Anthony (the most lacklustre lecturer ever) talks about the artistic merit of the film. I'd like to be able to like Anthony, he's nice and facilitates interesting discussions, it's just that he has something horribly bland about him that turns me right off of learning. Besides, his idea of a class is showing episodes of Sex and the City. Not that I don't like SATC, I don't like paying to learn, and then realizing that all I learned was that shemale prostitutes in New York like to make a ruckus at 3 am.
